Primary tabs

Professor Margaret E. Kosal is an invited speaker at the International Conference on Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (14-15 September 2009) in Singapore. Her presentation is "Bionanotechnology and Security: Is Small Scary?"

The Singapore Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS) and the Global Futures Forum (GFF), through the workshop, jointly seek to create a multinational community of interest comprising active homeland security personnel of different nations engaged in the collective analysis of pressing global security issues.

CENS, a constituent unit of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, was inaugurated in April 2006. The Centre seeks to actively promote research and create awareness in areas that will help to enhance local and regional intellectual capital through the analysis of emerging national security concerns and threats. CENS works very closely with the National Security Coordination Secretariat in the Prime Minister's Office, Singapore.

The GFF is sponsored by the US Department of State and CIA.
