She and her business partner have co-authored a book for aspiring women and leaders of women, Inspiring Women…BECOMING Courageous, Wise Leaders. The book speaks to women leaders having the courage to make a difference, understanding the three keys to wisdom and developing the confidence for extraordinary leadership.

One commitment Martha made when she decided to be an entrepreneur was to have a focus of her practice on helping women in business to find their purpose and achieve that. Martha likes using a multi-disciplinary approach with her clients, using DISC assessment tools, Green’s theory of motivation and engagement and appreciative inquiry to connect the dots quickly across organizations or with individuals to improve results and happiness at work.
