Building on the success of last summer’s "Girlhood, International Development and Sport" symposium at the University of Ottawa, we are pleased to offer this colloquium on Innovations in Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) Research. The goal of this colloquium is to anticipate, inspire and shape the next phase of research in, on and about SDP. This symposium is sponsored by the Sports, Society, and Technology program and will be held after the North American Society for Sport History (NASSH) Convention. The symposium is free and open to the public. For more information including titles of papers and authors visit the 2016 NASSH website at: http://pwp.gatech.edu/sst/innovations or contact Dr. Mary McDonald, Homer Rice Chair of Sports and Society at mary.mcdonald@hsoc.gatech.edu.
