Goodman Lectures at Ft. Benning, Columbus State University, and Tuskegee University

Primary tabs

During late February, Seymour Goodman, professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, gave invited lectures at Ft. Benning, Columbus State University, and Tuskegee University (Institute) on the subjects of ubiquitous data collection, cyber surveillance, and building the national cybersecurity workforce.

While in Tuskegee, Goodman took the opportunity to look into the history of Tuskegee University, one of the few 19th Century technical institutes to continue into the 21st Century, and of the Tuskegee Airmen (where he found an unlikely namesake in Seymour J. Goodman, an African-American Tuskegee pilot who earned his wings in 1944).
