Primary tabs

THREE EUROS features the work of Georgia Tech alumnus and established architect Xavier Wrona. Returning to his Alma Mater for this unique exhibit, the French architect will take part in its unveiling on Wednesday, February 24.

Curated by Associate Professor Mark Cottle, THREE EUROS will give an inside look at contemporary European practice by three firms, including the work of fellow architects and Georgia Tech alumni Thorsten Kock (Germany) and Daniel Cavelti (Switzerland). The THREE EUROS exhibit will be on display at Goergia Tech's College of Architecture. A symposium, focusing on contemporary European practice will take place on Saturday, February 27.

ABOUT XAVIER WRONA
A practicing architect and Associate Professor at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture in Saint-Etienne, Xavier Wrona has long been interested in the connection between architecture and social justice. He is the founder of Est-ce ainsi , which works to refocus the architectural practice on its political consequences and participation in the reform of vivre ensemble (“living together"). He will be in Atlanta to participate in artist talks, studio reviews and symposium at Georgia Tech’s College of Architecture from February 24 to 27.

This exhibit is made possible with the sponsorship of the Cultural Services of the French Consulate and the Swiss and German Consulates in Atlanta.
