Speaker Bio:
Michael Jarboe is currently the Test Cell Infrastructure Manager in the Technology and Manufacturing Group (TMG) at Texas Instruments. His team is responsible for all of the hardware and software that enables the operation of test and handling equipment in TI factories. Michael started at Texas Instruments in 1993 and served as a software engineer on several internal TI test systems. He later moved into Test Strategy, focusing on BIST (Built-in Self Test) and DFT (Design for Test) for embedded memory and high speed interfaces. From 2006 to 2011, Michael led the VLCT internal tester program for TI. This low-cost test platform saved many capital dollars for TI, and the installed base is one of the largest in the industry.  Michael was elected to the TI Technical Ladder in 2003, and he holds 5 U.S. patents. He earned his bachelor's of computer engineering (BCmpE) in 1993 from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's in business administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University in 2004.
