Panel: Sustainable Initiatives for the Renewed Georgia Tech Library
Primary tabs
In the coming years, the Georgia Tech Library will be undergoing a renewal process where both library buildings will be redesigned to best support Tech’s 21st-century campus community.
- How will this new state-of-the-art design be more environmentally-friendly than the current buildings?
- What sustainability initiatives were a part of the design process?
- How does the Library Renewal connect to the campus sustainability plan?
These topics will be discussed by Ameet Doshi (Georgia Tech Library), Howard Wertheimer (Capital Planning & Space Management), and Stuart Romm (College of Architecture, Principal-in-Charge with LP3 Architecture, Atlanta). This event is open to all faculty, staff & students who are interested in learning more about the sustainability initiatives of the renewed library.
