He has 15 years of experience in brand initiatives; corporate communications; stakeholder engagement; and identity development to achieve realistic and effective results for clients. His highest priority is for maurgood to offer client-focused, client-tailored solutions.

maurgood also incorporates sustainability internally at all levels as reflected by its Bronze Level Partnership with P2AD (Pollution Prevention Assistance Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources). In addition, maurgood is a woman-owned firm that is devoted to advancing the participation of other woman-owned and diversity-promoting business.

Prior to founding maurgood, Sater served as Principal and Creative Director at Sater Creative. Clients at Sater Creative included Coca-Cola Enterprises, Delta Air Lines, Hands On Atlanta and Tribe Three-Sixty.
