The Teacher of Color Preparatory Institute (TCPI)helps identify, prepare and support those who want to become exceptional teachers and change agents in education. TCPI is a professional pathway for teachers of color who want to develop their craft and become lifelong educators. It is an opportunity for schools committed to diversity and inclusivity to partner in our effort to grow a teacher of color workforce that is robust, knowledgeable and diverse. And it is ultimately a way for schools to present a diverse teaching and administrative staff to its students so they have the ability to see knowledge through a variety of lenses.
