 Doug Scott, Owner Scott Environmental Services, Inc.  specializing in environmental engineering, primarily for Consulting Engineers, from mid to Senior Level Executives. Doug has experience working with Engineers in the Oil industry in Saudi Arabia and Alaska. He started as a recruiter for a national recruiting firm based in Atlanta, MSI. After learning the business, Doug began to specialize in engineering. Primarily, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation and Controls (I&C).  Doug started his own firm 26 years ago and has extensive experience in salary negotiation, reasonable expectations, and interviewing skills-he writes or consults on offer letters. Doug has a BS in Industrial Engineering from SUNY (State University of New York) Oswego

Tom Mallory, Senior Recruiter/PHR, Campus Recruiter for BDO Hiring for regional offices throughout Southeast, Including south Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas. Tom has over 15 years experience in university recruiting and has implemented system - wide comprehensive recruiting strategies, oversaw the strategic direction of the field recruiting teams; collaborated with senior level field leadership in consulting role for maximum sustainable recruiting results, implemented and oversaw employee-relations and retention practices. Tom is also a frequent speaker on college campuses through his territory on all aspects of the Job Search. Tom holds a BBA and BS Business and PHR form Human Resource Certification Institute. 

 Markus Wegner, General Manager of ACS Resource Planning and Schedule Analytics at Delta Airlines, leads a diverse team of analysts who provide extensive data analysis and decision guidance to leadership outlining operational implications of schedule changes, staffing requirements, costs and impacts. He has led the development and implementation of various staffing models across maintenance, airport operations, and cargo divisions as well as several productivity metrics and reports enabling leadership to benchmark performance across various airports and departments. He works extensively with divisional leaders (SVPs to manager) to gain acceptance and buy-in of model inputs, outputs and methodology.

 Markus is a hands-on Manager making frequent visits to Georgia Tech to recruit for his team. On joining Delta in 2013, Markus was tasked with building a resource planning team of four individual contributors to support forecasting of long term staffing needs for all TechOps divisions. Prior to joining Delta, he worked with US Airways in crew planning and financial analysis. Markus holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration all from Georgia Tech. He enjoys all aspects of aviation from international travel to local flying as a private pilot.

 

Nicole Morado is the Program Manager and Consulting Analyst at Georgia Center for Nonprofits.  Her role at GCN includes managing the consulting department’s operations, assisting nonprofit customers with their needs, and supporting Senior Consultants with research, data analysis, best practice interviews, and focus groups. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Affairs from Georgia Tech, with the intent to work in the nonprofit sector.  She earned a minor in Spanish and a certificate in Sociology.
