Basant (Kite Flying)

Basant is the traditional Kite-Flying festival that welcomes spring in the Pakistani-Indian Subcontinent. It's that time of the year, when the sky is dotted with flamboyant and multi-colored kites; when the fun never ends and the air is alive with victory cries of “Bo Kata”.  If all that does not make sense, why not attend the Kite Flying Competition being organized by the PSA and find out yourself!
