Be Well Series: Smoking Cessation

Primary tabs

Have you tried to stop the use of tobacco products and been unable to break the habit? If so, this session may be beneficial for you to attend. Georgia Tech is now a tobacco-free campus as it prepares to adopt the Tobacco and Smoke-Free Policy passed by the Board of Regents last spring.

At this Be Well seminar, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia and Kaiser will discuss their free smoking cessation programs offered to USG employees who are currently enrolled in their medical plans to assist with efforts to cease tobacco use.

Please also know that through Stamps Health Services, Georgia Tech is offering smoking cessation programs to students, faculty and staff. In order to provide meaningful and effective cessation programs, Stamps Health Services is asking your assistance by taking a three-minute survey. All answers will be kept confidential. You may take the survey at http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/1755995/Tobacco-Cessation-GT.
