Donna Dean, PhD, will talk about research lab and non-lab position outside of academia, as well as the role of PhDs in federal government and science policy. Dean is currently a consultant at the Association for Women in Science and American Chemical Society. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry extensive experience as a federal executive, a practicing scientist, and as a government relations expert.
