China’s Rise and India’s Strategic Choices

Primary tabs

Mr. Rajan served 28 years in the Government of India, rising to become Director in the Cabinet Secretariat.   He handled many sensitive policy issues with senior level  postings in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Beijing.  Since leaving government service in 2002, Mr. Rajan has been active in the Indian think tank scene, giving regular lectures on China at national and international seminars and authoring many articles, commentaries, and policy advocacy pieces dealing with India-China relations.

This is a rare opportunity for the Atlanta community to hear from a leading Indian “China hand” his views about how a rising India can best cope with a rising China.

Co-sponsored by the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and Center of International Strategy, Technology, and Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology.
