The Student Government Association Sustainability Committee would like to invite you to the first Green Alliance meeting of the semester on Tuesday, February 25th from 11 AM - 12 PM in Clough 423. 

The event will feature Denise Quarles, Director of the Mayor's Office of Sustainability for the City of Atlanta. Denise will be giving a presentation on her office and Atlanta's Sustainability initiatives. In addition, there will be free pizza provided generously by the Brook Byers Institute for Sustainable Systems.

The Green Alliance is a network of members of the GT community interested in advancing environmental stewardship. Run by the SGA Sustainability Committee, the Alliance's goal is to connect like-minded students, faculty, and administrators. Following Ms. Quarles' presentation we will have a brief discussion on organizations' projects and, in general, about sustainability on campus.
