Looking Back and Looking Ahead: Evaluating Performance & Setting Goals

The 2013 performance cycle will come to an end on December 31, 2013. As this year comes to a close, managers and supervisors will begin to discuss performance and set goals for 2014. Both 2013 performance evaluations and goals for 2014 should be discussed and completed by March 14, 2014.
