Professor Immergluck concludes that real estate investors must invest in communities

However, for this trend to remain long-term, Professor Dan Immergluck of Georgia Tech's School of City and Regional Planning believes that investors, "Also need to work closely with communities where they have a significant presence to show that they are committed to maintaining their properties and supporting the community more broadly."
