The Division Welcomes New Staff Members

The Office of the Dean of Students welcomes Larry Cloud as the Assistant Director of New Student & Sophomore Programs. Larry completed his B.S. in Political Science from Georgia Southern University in 2008, and then received his M.Ed in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia in 2010. For the past two-and-a-half years, Larry has served as a Residence Life Coordinator at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia, where he oversaw both first-year buildings while also supervising the Greek housing community. Larry is very excited to be back in the orientation field and cannot wait to experience his first FASET this summer.

In addition, the Office of Greek Affairs is excited to announce that Kylie Corcoran will join the Greek Affairs staff on June 3, 2013, as the Greek Affaris Coordinator. Kylie received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, where she became a member of Chi Omega. At USC, Kylie served as chapter secretary and is a graduate (and former intern) of the NIC's Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute. Currently, Kylie is finishing her graduate degree at the University of Connecticut where she serves as the primary IFC Advisor, Panhellenic recruitment advisor, and Order of Omega advisor. She also works heavily with HuskyTHON (Dance Marathon) and the UConn Alumni Association.

Collette Toney will also join the Office of Greek Affairs staff in August as the Greek Affairs Graduate Assistant. Collette is a graduate of the University of Georgia with two degrees in Social Science Education and History. At UGA, Collette became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and served campus as a tour leader, orientation leader, and held positions with the SGA. Collette will continue at UGA in the College Student Affairs Administration (CSAA) masters program.

Last but not least, the Office of Student Integrity is thrilled to welcome Anil Shetty to their staff as the new Student Integrity Coordinator starting on June 3, 2013. Anil received his bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in statistics from the University of Florida, and recently graduated from Florida State University with his master's degree in higher education-student affairs. Anil is currently a graduate assistant in the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities within the Dean of Students Department at FSU. Anil has also interned with the Center for Leadership & Social Change and Center for Multicultural Affairs at FSU in addition to spending last summer in their Office of New Student & Family Programs helping coordinate new student orientation.
