We have to build trust and demonstrate commitment,” Jacqueline Jones Royster, Dean of the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, said of Georgia Tech's recent work with the off-campus community. “This is the kind of work Georgia Tech can engage in as a 21st century technological university.
