Express Fit Classes for GT Employees

Go T.E.C.H. will host FREE ExpressFit classes for GT employees at noon or 12:30 p.m. (the class is 30 minutes). These classes are open to all employees (you do not have to be a CRC member to participate, but nonmembers will have to register for the class at the Member Services desk).
