FREE Fitness Assessments at the CRC

Primary tabs

During your fitness assessment a trainer will measure your height, weight, BMI, percentage of body fat and flexibility. The trainer will also indicate if your scores are in the healthy or unhealthy range and make suggestions for improvement. This is a great tool to track the results of your workouts!
