94201 event 1174521600 1475891848 <![CDATA[(0418) 100 Years of Chemistry at Tech]]> A BS degree in chemistry was first authorized at Georgia Tech in 1906. On April 18-19th 2007, we will be holding a symposium to celebrate our first 100 years in conjunction with the inauguration of the Molecular Science and Engineering (MS&E) building. This is the new home building for the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry.

We have laid out a program that celebrates the achievements of our graduates and gives our current students and faculty an opportunity to learn more about what a Georgia Tech education can lead to. With the exception of the speaker's dinner on the evening of the 18th, all events are open to alumni from the School.
