Coli MurG and human O-GlcNAc transferase.  The first is an enzyme essential for peptidoglycan biosynthesis.  The second is an essential human enzyme that functions as a nutrient sensor that couples metabolic status to cell signaling pathways.  We have solved the crystal structures of both.
