87541 news 1217894400 1475895771 <![CDATA[SAS Graduate Student Award Announced]]> Dr. Boris Mizaikoff is proud to announce that Christina Young has been selected to receive the Society for Applied Spectroscopy (SAS) Graduate Student Award 2008 for outstanding research in the field of spectroscopy.

This award is an internationally announced award and only a few select students receive this honor. This is now the second time the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry can claim this award, and the second year in a row for the Mizaikoff research team (Gary Dobbs received this honor in 2007).
