PLAN 2040 is being prepared by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC). The ARC is Atlanta\u00e2\u0080\u0099s regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ECQGRD will use a series of surveys to find out which health issues are of greatest importance to the Atlanta region. The first survey asks you about the community you live in, how your community might change as a result of PLAN 2040, and how you think that affects your health.
