CQGRD is undertaking three unique projects to identify and apply \u0027Best Practices\u0027 to the BeltLine project: development of a Decision Support Tool for Atlanta BeltLine Inc. and the BeltLine Tax Allocation District Advisory Committee, assessment of development opportunities at 10th Street and Monroe Drive along the BeltLine, and an impact assessment of potential health benefits of the Eastside Trail, which is the first leg of the BeltLine\u0027s primary trail system.
