Paul\nRaines is the chief executive officer of GameStop. Prior to being named CEO,\nRaines served as chief operating officer from September 2008 to June 2010. Raines\nand his team have led\nthe transformation of GameStop into the leading multichannel player in video\ngaming - building online platforms, download and streaming technologies, and maintaining\nworld class retail store operations. Gamestop is a global retailer with operations\nin 17 countries across Europe, Canada, Australia and the United States.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EPrior\nto joining GameStop, Raines spent eight years with The Home Depot in various\nmanagement positions in retail operations, including serving as executive vice\npresident for U.S. Stores and president of the Southern Division for the\nAtlanta-based company.
