Drawing on a first-of-its-kind statewide inventory of North Carolina\u0027s mobile home parks and homeowners associations, this talk examines the hidden factors shaping access to drinking water. Using advanced mapping and extensive field research, Dr. Kaza reveals how costs, local policies, and community capacity can create gaps in service.
