Key applications include quantitative analysis of mineralized tissues (trabecular and cortical bone morphometry, bone mineral density), lung and cardiac imaging, tumor detection and monitoring with contrast agents, body composition assessment, and evaluation of implants or soft-tissue structures. This presentation will highlight practical applications of the SkyScan 1276 across preclinical research, demonstrating its versatility for bone, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and oncologic studies.
