Gene also founded Constellations in 2017, a civic and socially based shared workspace in the reimagined Southern Schoolbook Building on Auburn Avenue. Each Gene Kansas project blends an appreciation of culture and history with creative, responsible, and vital refashioning that brings new relevance to space and how it is used by clients, neighborhoods, and the city. \u0026nbsp;Among many accolades, Gene received the 2016 Ivan Allen, Jr. Legacy Award from the School of Literature, Media, and Communication and the Ivan Allen Dean\u0027s Appreciation Award in 2026. \u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPaul Oh\u003C\/strong\u003E is the vice president of public policy and external affairs at the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and was recently named to the Georgia Tech 40 Under 40 class of 2026. Since joining the Chamber in February 2020, Paul has been responsible for strengthening the chamber\u2019s relationships with local, municipal, state, and federal officials, while also expanding its public policy initiatives. He also represents the chamber within Gwinnett County\u2019s international community.
