Before joining Southwire, he was the Senior Manager of Asset Monitoring and Substation Reliability Center of Excellence (COE) Manager for MISTRAS Group where he managed hundreds of projects for testing and monitoring HV assets in 20+ countries. He helped develop remote monitoring instrumentation, applications and a technology package and was the principal investigator on research projects with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Mr. N\u00fa\u00f1ez also worked as a Research Engineer at the Electrical Research Institute of Mexico.
