  <title><![CDATA[Ramblin' Reads: Chalk the Walk registration open]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Want to leave your mark on campus?</p><p>Chalk the Walk, taking place Oct. 21 – 23, invites Georgia Tech students to transform a 9-by-9-foot section of sidewalk leading to the Library into a vibrant outdoor gallery celebrating literature and art.</p><p>Participants will select a favorite book and create either an artistic rendition of its cover or a reimagined interpretation using sidewalk chalk.</p><p>Registration is now open and closes Oct. 8. <a href="https://forms.cloud.microsoft/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=u5ghSHuuJUuLem1_Mvqgg-UjsyY2CMtLmiAUOUfIflNURUJWWFBZVVdMN0gyTjlCMDZRNDY2WVpYSy4u&amp;route=shorturl">To submit a book cover concept and sketch, click here</a>. Approved participants will receive their space assignments Oct. 17.</p><p>Participants will create their artwork Oct. 21 – 23, turning a highly visible campus pathway into a temporary public art installation that celebrates creativity, reading, visual storytelling, and Georgia Tech spirit.</p><p>An opening event will take place Friday, Oct. 23, from noon to 2 p.m. on the patio of the Rich Building near the Price Gilbert Memorial Library entrance on Fourth Street.</p><p>Finished works will remain on display throughout Homecoming Week, weather permitting.</p><p>Chalk the Walk is a Georgia Tech Library and Georgia Tech Arts Collaboration.&nbsp;</p>]]></body>
