Looking back on what was available and being done a year ago, BIIC has made huge leaps foward,\u0022 writes Johann Weber, a PhD student in the School of Public Policy, referring to the Georgia Tech Bicycle Infrastructure Improvement Committee (BIIC) of which he is the chairman. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWeber relates the story of BIIC\u0027s creation in the Fall of 2010 and details its accomplishments since, including securing funds for the addition of 0.8 miles of bike lanes and six bike racks and the creation of a website devoted to bicycling at Georgia Tech (\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/bike.gatech.edu\/\u0022\u003Ebike.gatech.edu\u003C\/a\u003E).
