Throughout the summer months, the General Safety team will visit departments across campus to deliver short, engaging, and practical sessions tailored to office environments. These visits will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m., with each session lasting approximately 10–15 minutes to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

During each visit, employees can expect guided Stretch & Flex sessions, a hands-on Ergonomics Workstation Experience (If needed), brief refreshers on Injury Prevention and Reporting, and opportunities for questions and office-specific guidance. The goal is to provide high-impact, easy-to-apply safety and ergonomics tools that support comfort, productivity, and early discomfort awareness.

The Safety & Ergonomics Road Show helps reduce the risk of common office-related injuries, strengthens understanding of injury reporting expectations, encourages a proactive, safety-first culture, and reinforces our ongoing commitment to employee health and well-being.
