These visits will take place \u003Cstrong\u003Eon Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.\u003C\/strong\u003E, with each session lasting \u003Cstrong\u003Eapproximately 10\u201315 minutes\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EDuring each visit, employees can expect guided \u003Cstrong\u003EStretch \u0026amp; Flex sessions\u003C\/strong\u003E, a hands-on \u003Cstrong\u003EErgonomics Workstation Experience (If needed)\u003C\/strong\u003E, brief refreshers on \u003Cstrong\u003EInjury Prevention and Reporting\u003C\/strong\u003E, and opportunities for \u003Cstrong\u003Equestions and office-specific guidance\u003C\/strong\u003E.
