690693 news 1780942609 1780942650 <![CDATA[Three Georgia Tech Students Receive 2026 Astronaut Scholarship]]> Vincent Griffo, Ojas Gupta, and Samuel Woolsey have been named 2026 Astronaut Scholars by the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF). They join a class of 79 college juniors and seniors from 54 universities nationwide who are studying science, technology, engineering, or mathematics and plan to pursue research or advance their field after graduation.

Since awarding its first scholarships in 1986, the ASF has distributed more than $10 million to over 900 students across the nation. Each recipient receives up to $15,000 in financial support, a fully funded trip to ASF’s Innovators Symposium & Gala, and mentorship and professional networking opportunities with astronauts, alumni, and industry leaders.
