Dual-mode MEMS resonators enable a unique method for precision self-temperature sensing for temperature-compensated and oven-controlled MEMS oscillators. A high-performance, low phase noise dual-mode oscillator design is crucial to achieving high-resolution and high-bandwidth resonator self-temperature measurement.
