Inspired by the traditions of barbershop and beauty salon conversations, The Shop creates an inviting space where personal care and constructive dialogue intersect, hosted by Belonging & Student Support. While receiving grooming and beauty services, students engage in guided  conversations exploring the standards of professionalism, unspoken expectations, and  how these concepts shape self-presentation and identity in entrepreneurship. Rooted in a relaxed, familiar environment, the program encourages reflection on how culture and  lived experience inform leadership, innovation, and future pathways. The Shop will serve as the culminating event of Ramblin’ Ventures’ three-part pre-launch series.
