Previously, he worked as a Congressional staffer in the offices of 3 House Representatives and ran for state legislative office. He also led the Good Food Institute\u0027s legislative strategy across 50 states. His work has been published or discussed in the NYT, Vox, Guardian and more. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from American University and his masters from the Harvard T.H.
