  <title><![CDATA[TAP and STRAP Summer Application Period]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<div><div><p>Eligible Georgia Tech employees can apply for summer semester tuition assistance now through April 15. &nbsp;</p></div><div><p lang="EN-US">Full-time faculty and staff have the following options:&nbsp;</p></div><div><ol><li><strong>Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) </strong>provides a tuition waiver to full-time, benefits-eligible employees who have worked for at least six months within the University of System of Georgia. &nbsp;</li></ol></div><div><ol start="2"><li><p lang="EN-US"><strong>Staff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP)</strong> provides partial tuition reimbursement at any accredited private institution. Employees are eligible for STRAP if they have worked for at least 12 months at Georgia Tech. &nbsp;</p></li></ol></div><div><p lang="EN-US">Time worked in a temporary position <em>does not</em> count toward the eligibility requirement for either assistance program. &nbsp;</p></div><div><div><p> <strong>How to Apply</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Step 1: </strong>Navigate to the <a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/13hrwdb/h8zcyx3/hc7wltp" target="_blank" title="Administrative Services portal"><strong>Administrative Services</strong></a>&nbsp;portal.</li><li><strong>Step 2:</strong> Click "Login for Enhanced Services", located in the top, right header of the portal.</li><li><strong>Step 3: </strong>Log in using your Georgia Tech single-sign-on credentials.</li><li><strong>Step 4: </strong>Select “Service Request”, located in the top, middle header of the portal.</li><li><strong>Step 5: </strong>Locate the “Categories” section on the left pane, select “Benefits”, and then select “Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)” or “Staff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP)” as shown in the image below.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/13hrwdb/h8zcyx3/x47wltp" target="_blank"><strong><img src="https://d31hzlhk6di2h5.cloudfront.net/20240626/fc/a3/9c/9c/566bd3781a44d17aa24d6bff.png" width="620"></strong></a><br>&nbsp;</p><div><p>Please ensure your application is submitted and approved by<strong> April 15, at 5 p.m</strong>. <strong>Applications received after this date cannot be honored.</strong> A new application must be completed for each semester by the deadline. <strong>If the deadline falls on a holiday or weekend, the business day prior applies</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p> Education Assistance Spring Application Session Recordings available here: <a href="https://mediaspace.gatech.edu/channel/Administrative%2BServices%2BCenter%2BWebinars/267634322">Administrative Services Center Webinars</a></p></div></div></div></div>]]></body>
