Does the Moon have a water cycle?\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ENASA Research Scientist \u003Cstrong\u003EJanine E. Captain\u003C\/strong\u003E (Ph.D. Chem \u201805) returns to campus from NASA\u2019s Kennedy Space Center and the ARTEMIS project to explain. Captain has led the Mass Spectrometer Observing Lunar Operations (MSolo) instrument on NASA\u2019s PRIME-1 and VIPER missions.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ECaptain will be joined by Regents\u2019 Professor \u003Cstrong\u003EThomas (Thom) Orlando\u003C\/strong\u003E, who will also present his work on the possible processes which originate water in the universe, including on Earth\u2019s moon.
