HOLIDAY HEALTH FAIR🎄
We are excited to host our Holiday Health Fair on Saturday, December 6th from 9 AM–1 PM at The Green Market at Piedmont Park!

We’ll be offering free medical and wellness services to underinsured and uninsured members of the Atlanta community.
Services include blood pressure screenings, mental health counseling and pre-assessments, HIV/STI testings, restorative wellness care, and distribution of fentanyl test strips, Narcan, condoms, and Plan B.
