The discussion will also underscore the importance of responsible data collection, analysis, and privacy protection, while emphasizing the need for robust data governance by universities and governments.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESanghyun comes from South Korea, where he served as director of the Education Data Center at the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS). He has extensive experience collaborating with international organizations such as UNESCO and the World Bank.
