Preliminary work has demonstrated the first AM mm-wave origami array, foldable hinge interconnects, calibration for conformal geometries, and multilayer front-ends, establishing the foundation for robust morphing architectures. Building on this, the proposed research introduces a camera-lens-inspired circular phased array with a dynamically variable radius, enabling dual-degree-of-freedom beamforming across 5–18 GHz. This approach preserves sidelobe levels, mitigates grating lobes and scan loss, and unlocks stereometrically aware beam synthesis and OAM-based multiplexing. Lightweight, compact, and deployable, these arrays aim to support UAV, satellite, and 5G/6G communication systems, representing a paradigm shift in wideband, reconfigurable antenna technology.
