She is skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing\u00ae (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. As a board-approved supervisor, Nicole provides practicum and post-degree supervision to LMFTs, fostering the professional growth of emerging therapists. Her dedication to staying informed about the latest developments in her field ensures that she offers effective, evidence-based interventions. Nicole is a Certified Havening Techniques Trainer who conducts training sessions worldwide for those interested in obtaining certification in this innovative therapeutic modality.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003EHolli graduated in 2009 with her Masters in Social Work from The University of St. Thomas-College of St. Catherine School of Social Work in St. Paul, MN.\u0026nbsp; Clinical experience includes providing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in community settings and within intensive residential mental health treatment facilities.\u0026nbsp; Holli has also had the opportunity to identify, collaborate, and support individuals needing mental health care within the traditional medical model.\u0026nbsp; Holli is currently a practicing Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and has a private therapy practice located in Edina, MN.\u0026nbsp; Holli is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, and in 2022 became a certified Havening Techniques Practitioner.\u0026nbsp; She is also a MN Board of Social Work Supervisor and offers practicum and post-degree supervision for LSW and LGSW.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003ETogether, Holli and Nicole created \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/midwesthaven.com\/\u0022\u003EMidwest Haven\u003C\/a\u003E.
