683210 event 1753151530 1753186053 <![CDATA[Mental Health Ally Program Kickoff]]> Introducing the Georgia Tech Mental Health Ally (MHA) program! The MHA program, developed by the Center for Mental Health Care and Resources (CMHCR) in Student Engagement and Well-Being, is for students who are looking for ways to be proactive and engaged in maintaining their own mental health and in sharing campus resource knowledge with other students. 

Students can sign up for a 30-minute MHA orientation with CMHCR staff to learn about mental health services and resources including counseling, referrals, and upcoming events. After the orientation, students will be able to assist as volunteers alongside counselors on community-oriented outreach and tabling activities. Those who participate will receive a T-shirt and a certificate, as well as receiving other giveaways from the program.

Stop by the free kickoff event on Friday Aug. 28 between 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Campanile to learn more about the program, sign up for an orientation session, and get free giveaways and snacks! Learn more on the CMHCR website.
