As part of Georgia Tech’s continued efforts to strengthen travel processes and ensure compliance with institutional policies, a travel compliance questionnaire has been formally integrated into the Georgia Tech spend authorization approval process, effective May 26.
This questionnaire is a required step for all Georgia Tech employees submitting spend authorizations and must be completed before travel. This document’s intent is to confirm that key travel policy requirements have been reviewed and appropriately addressed before any travel-related expenses are approved.
The questionnaire must be completed by the traveler and cannot be submitted by a delegate. All questions must be fully answered and supported with the necessary documentation or justification. Completion of this step is required before a spend authorization can be submitted for approval.
