Belonging & Student Support invites you to slow down, connect, and reflect with us through a community book club centered on Rest is Resistance by Tricia Hersey. Hersey’s book offers a thoughtful exploration of the importance of rest as a form of care, clarity, and renewal—encouraging us to step back from constant busyness and embrace stillness as a path to well-being. Book discussion meetings will occur on June 24 and July 8 from 4-5 p.m. in Smithgall Suite #131.
