William is currently an 3rd year medical student in Emory’s MD/PhD program, where he plans to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on tissue engineering and ultimately specialize in orthopedic surgery. William graduated in 2022 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. William also completed a gap year in Osaka through the Nakatani RIES Program and did research with the NIH (National Institute of Health).
