This thesis uses service design and strategic design methods to examine the maternal healthcare journey within Georgia\u2019s Medicaid program. Through an extensive review of the literature and interviews with maternal health experts, the research identifies key barriers to equitable care and presents a comprehensive service blueprint that maps the full Medicaid maternal experience in the state.
